Nelson, May 17, 1876.
NOTICE is hereby given that by resolution of the
Waste Lands Board, at a meeting of the Board
held on Thursday, the 11th day of May instant, the
undermentioned Lands were reserved, viz.:—
PIGEON VALLEY.
For Gravel Pits.

All that block of land, containing Six acres,
One rood, Thirty-two perches, being part
of Section 12, Square 2, Pigeon Valley,
bounded on the north (600 links) by part
of Section 12; on the east (1400 links) by
part of Section 12; on the south by a public
road; and on the west (750 links) by Section -
Also all that block of land, containing Six
acres, being also part of said Section 12,
bounded on the north (600 links) by part of
Section 12; on the east (1200 links) by
Section 11; on the south by a public road;
and on the west by part of Section 12 (800
links).
WANGANUI.
For Landing-place and Ferry.
- All that block of land, containing One hun-
dred acres, situated on the south bank of
the Wanganui River, extending eastward
from the junction of Glass-eye Creek with
the Wanganui River; bounded northward
by the River Little Wanganui; westward
by Glass-eye Creek; and southward and
eastward by Crown Land.
