THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified for general information that the Goldmining Leases hereinafter described have been cancelled, viz.:—

BULLER DISTRICT.

No. 190, B. Date, 1st September, 1874. Area, ten acres, situate at Addison's Flat. Granted to John Milligan and others.

CHARLESTON DISTRICT.

No. 23, C. Date, 1st January, 1870. Area, four acres and one perch, situate at Candlelight Flat, and granted to Rodger Walker and others.

No. 39, C. Date, 1st January, 1870. Area, two acres one rood and ten perches. Granted to Alexander Peters and others, and transferred to Patrick Collins.

No. 107 C. Date, 1st January, 1872. Area, two acres two roods and fourteen perches, situated at Candlelight, and granted to William Patterson, James Cairns, and others.

No. 114 C. Date, 1st January, 1872. Area, four acres two roods and ten perches, situated at Back Lead, and granted to Daniel Lawlor and others.

INANGAHUA DISTRICT.

No. 135 B. Date, 1st July, 1874. Area, sixteen acres two roods, situated at Boatman's Creek, and granted to Charles M'Dowell and others, and known as the Homeward Bound Company.
