NOTICE is hereby given that in the LIST of DECISIONS in favor of applicants for runs published in the Provincial Gazette of the 12th January, and copied into the Nelson Examiner of the 21st January, and the Colonist of the 23rd January, the name of T. R. HACKET was erroneously inserted, no decision having been given in his favor.
