NOTICE is hereby given, that the following Sections of Crown Land, advertised for sale on the 14th instant, have been WITHDRAWN from SALE, viz.:—

COLLINGWOOD SUBURBAN.
Sections, Nos. 197 to 204, inclusive.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Decisions in favour of the undermentioned Applicants for Licenses to depasture Stock have been given in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Land Regulations of the 1st July, 1856:—
Joseph Ward—Clarence river.
C. E. Dampier—Hurunui (approved with respect to any part of the blocks applied for which may prove on survey not to be included in the previous application of W. Morrison).
H. Stafford—Awatere and Clarence.
J. C. George—Grey district.
R. K. Newcome—Grey district.
C. R. and G. R. Keene—Grey district.
W. M'Rae—Hurunui.
Richard Mason—Hurunui.
W. Collins—Hurunui.
A. Greenfield—Kaikoras.
W. Oldham—Wairau.
W. B. Huddleston—Wairau.
Boundaries not to be definitively settled until plans of the runs have been sent in as required by the Regulations.
