HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified, for general information, that a Writ for the election of Two Auditors of the Nelson Trust Funds having been issued, in accordance with the provisions of the Nelson Trust Funds Act, 1854, the Returning Officer has returned the said Writ, with a certificate to the effect that the undermentioned gentlemen have been duly elected Auditors of the said Trust Funds :—

HENRY COOPER DANIELL, of Nelson, Gentleman;
HENRY SEYMOUR, of Nelson, Esquire.

I HEREBY certify that JAMES TILBY has this day produced before me a Certificate from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and has thereby qualified himself as a Medical Practitioner, under the Ordinance Session I, No. 2, of the Province of New Munster, intituled "An Ordinance to define the qualification, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners."

The sum of Twenty Thousand Pounds (£20,000) sterling has been invested under the warrant of his Excellency the Governor, in the public funds in England, through the Commissariat Department, by arrangements made through the Lords Commissioners of her Majesty's Treasury.
