DEPASTURING LICENSES. β€” In addition to the Applications for Licenses previously published, I hereby, in accordance with the 2nd clause of the Regulations for Depasturing Cattle on the Waste Lands of the Crown, give notice that the undermentioned persons have applied for LICENSES for RUNS in the districts specified against their names respectively, the definitions of boundaries and plans whereof may be seen at this Office by all whom it may concern.

NOTICE.β€”No eligible Tenders having been received for repairing and gravelling certain portions of the Waimea Road, between Waimea Street and Ellis's, Suburban South, FRESH TENDERS are invited for the same, to be delivered at this office before noon of THURSDAY, the second day of February next.

Specifications may be seen, and other particulars learned, on application at this office.

Tenders will be received for one or more portions of the work.

NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN, that a SPECIAL MEETING of the JUSTICES of the PEACE, residing within Twenty miles of the Police Office, Nelson, will be held at this office on TUESDAY, the seventh day of February next, for the purpose of forming a JURY LIST for the district of Nelson, for the ensuing year.
