Mr. SWEET'S, Hillersden, Wairau Valley,
Mr. BRYDON'S, Delta Dairy, Waihopai,
Mr. SINCLAIR'S, Wairau.
The Mails to be carried on horseback, and to be despatched from the Post Office, Nelson, every alternate Monday; and from Blarich on the intervening Mondays.
Persons tendering for the above service, to give security for the due performance of the contract.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that Tenders having been invited for the transmission of Mails between Nelson, and the following places in the Wairau district, viz., Mr. Sweet's, Mr. Brydon's, Mr. Sinclair's, and Mr. M'Rae's, all persons desirous of having their Letters and Newspapers conveyed between Nelson and any of the above-mentioned places, are requested to state to that effect in writing, addressed to the Post Master, Nelson.

TENDERS will be received at this Office, on or before the 25th of September, from persons desirous of contracting to execute any of the undermentioned WORKS, viz. :β
Forming and Metalling part of Grove Street, Nelson,
Forming and Metalling four chains of Road in Tasman Street, near Messrs. Hooper's Brewery,
Forming a Bank and making about eight chains of Road in Brook Street,
Delivering Piles on the East Bank of the Maitai River, near the Suspension Bridge,
Widening the Road on Jenkins's Hill, Suburban South,
Forming the Road from the Bridge at Ellis's, Suburban South, to the foot of the Hill.
Forming portions of the Road from Stoke to Richmond.
