Leasing of Public Reserves.
Superintendent’s Office,
Blenheim, 26th April, 1866.
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the Lease for three years of the Top House Reserve, stretching from the Top House to Ward’s Pass, and estimated to comprise 20,000 acres, will be submitted to public competition, at the upset rental of £50 per annum, immediately after the Crown Land Sale, on the twenty-eighth of May next.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the Lease for three years of the Government Reserve of 1,500 Acres, south side of the Clarence River, together with the Buildings thereon and the right of Ferry, will be submitted to public competition at the upset rental of £50 per annum, immediately after the Crown Land Sale, on the twenty-eighth day of May next.
Conditions of Lease, and scale of Fees to be charged, will be declared at the Sale, or may be ascertained at this Office.
