HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the undermentioned portions of the Waste Lands of the Crown have been reserved for public purposes :-

A Block of Land at the Amuri Boat Harbour, containing twenty acres more or less, for a Landing place.

A Block of Land in the District of Wakefield Downs, being part of Section numbered 49, bounded towards the North by a stream known as Nina Creek, running into the Awatere River; towards the North-East by a public road; towards the South-East by a part of the said section, being Crown Land; towards the South-West 2,000 links by a part of the said section granted to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church; and towards the North-West, 900 links, by a public road, until it intersects the aforesaid stream; containing sixteen acres and three roods, more or less, as a public Cemetery.
