PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor Arthur Penrose Seymour,
Esq., Superintendent of the
Province of Marlborough.

I, ARTHUR PENROSE SEYMOUR,
by virtue of the powers in me vested, do
hereby proclaim that the Constabulary Force
Ordinance shall be in force within the Town of
Havelock from the day and date hereof.

Given under my hand at Picton this
twenty-first day of February, 1865.

Picton, 21st February, 1865.

His Honor the Superintendent
directs
it to be notified that all that parcel of land at
Deep Creek, containing by admeasurement one
acre and thirty-nine perches, as shown on the
plan No. 274 in the Crown Lands office, has been
reserved for the purpose of a Burying Ground.
