Picton, September 11th, 1861.
NOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN GODFREY, Land Agent, of Mount Pleasant, near Picton, has taken out an AUCTIONEER'S LICENSE, from this date to the 31st of December next.

IN accordance with the Provisions of the "Waste Land Regulations," notice is hereby given that a Dispute as to the undetermined Boundary of Runs will be heard at this Office, on TUESDAY, the 12th day of November next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, namely:β
The Seventy-mile Run, belonging to the Reverend Charles Edward Puckle Keene and Charles Ruck Keene, Esquires; and the Kaituna Run, belonging to Henry D. Williams, Esquire.

I HEREBY notify that the under-mentioned portions of the Waste Lands of the Crown, within the Province of Marlborough, as hereinafter described, have been reserved for various purposes of public utility, viz:β
A block of land in the district of Wairau Valley, bounded on the north by the boundary line between the Province of Nelson and the Province of Marlborough, on the south and west by a Government Reserve granted, June 7th, 1856, to the Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, and on the east by a stream and gully known as Ward's Pass, containing about 20,000 acres.
