WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Execution of Judgment against Real Estate Act 1867."

Between John Robottom, of Napier, Baker, plaintiff; and Edward Howell, of Napier, Laborer.

BY virtue of Her Majesty's writ to me given notice that, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date hereof, to wit, on MONDAY, the 18th day of May, 1868 (unless the debt and costs be sooner paid), I shall cause to be sold, at the Supreme Court House, at Napier, at the hour of noon,—

All that parcel of LAND in the Province of Hawke's Bay and Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 63 acres more or less, being the Block No. 81 on the plan of the Western side of Harbour, bounded towards the North by Blocks Nos. 69, 79, and 63, 1247 links, 1770 links, and 1740 links; towards the south-east by Block No. 80, 3525 links; and towards the south-west by Blocks Nos. 66 and 67, 3040 links; subject to right of roads 100 links wide, hereby reserved through the said Block,—the said piece or parcel of land being the freehold property of the above-named defendant, Crown Grant No. 1716, under the "Hawke's Bay Naval and Military Settlers Act 1861."

Given under my hand, this eleventh day of February, 1868.

WELLINGTON DISTRICT.

Under the Provisions of the "Bankruptcy Act 1867," Section 8.

I DO ORDER that the Wellington Independent shall be the Gazette or newspaper in which notices required by the said Act to be published in the Gazette, shall be published in and for the Province of Wellington; and the Hawke's Bay Herald shall be the Gazette or newspaper in which notices required by the said Act to be published in the Gazette, shall be published in and for the Province of Hawke's Bay.

Dated at Wellington, this 11th day of December, 1867.
