I, EDWIN NONUS SMITH, of Te Hakowai, in the Puketapu District, in the Province of Hawke's Bay, and Colony of New Zealand, sheep farmer, do hereby declare that I am unable to meet my engagements with my creditors.

In the matter of the "Execution of Judgment against Real Estates Act 1867."
Between JAMES MELISS STUART, plaintiff; and WILLIAM PEAKMAN, of Clyde, storekeeper, defendant.
I HEREBY give notice that, by virtue of Her Majesty's Writ to me directed in the above cause, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon the lands hereunder described—that is to say, all that parcel of land situate in the said Province of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 84 acres, more or less, being Block No. 17 on the Government plan of the Eskdale District; and, also, all that parcel of land situate in the said Province of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or less, and being Agricultural section No. 38, on the Government plan of the Turiroa Reserve; the said pieces or parcels of land situate in the said Province of the above-named defendant; and that I shall sell or cause to be sold the last mentioned parcel of
land, being Agricultural section No. 38, in the Turiroa Reserve, at the Resident Magistrate's Court-house, at Clyde, in the Province of Hawke's Bay, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date of the publication hereof, to wit, on the 12th day of AUGUST, 1868, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of the said judgment, and all further costs and expenses connected therewith or incidental thereto.
And I further give notice that JOHN NATHANIEL WILSON, of Shakespeare-road, Napier, is the Solicitor for the execution creditor herein.
Given under my hand, at Napier, this 25th day of April, 1868.

BY virtue of the powers vested in me by the provisions of the "Supreme Court Act, 1860," Section 21, I do order that the following shall be the hours during which the Deputy-Registrar at Napier, in the Wellington District, shall be in attendance at his office, and the office shall be open to the public:—
On Saturdays, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
On other work-days, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Except on the legal holidays prescribed by the general orders of the Court.
