No. 1760, in red.—One hundred and sixty-
three acres, more or less, situate in
the Upper Christchurch District,
bounded on the south-westward by
the Coal Tramway Reserve, on the
north-westward by section 14121, on
the south-eastward by section 9063,
and on the north-eastward by a line
parallel to and about 15 chains dis-
tant from the south-western bound-
ary. Save and except portion of
H.P.R. on Run No. 114 which is inclu-
ded within the above described bound-
aries. Subject to roads.—For Pro-
vincial Government purposes.

No. 1761, in red.—Thirty-nine acres, more
or less, situate in the Upper Christ-
church District, bounded on the
south-westward by the coal tramway
reserve, on the eastward by section
14498, on the south-eastward by
section 12617, on the north-westward
by reserve 1464 (in red), and also by
the road forming the north-western
boundary thereof, and on the north-
eastward by a line parallel to the
south-western boundary and 15 chains
distant therefrom. Subject to roads.
—For Provincial Government pur-
poses.

No. 1762, in red.—Six hundred and forty-
four acres, more or less, situate in
the Ellesmere and Rakaia Districts,
bounded on the north-eastward by
section 12595, on the south-westward
by reserve No. 288 (in red), on the
north-westward by the Great South
Railway, and on the south-eastward
by a line parallel to and 15 chains
distant from the north-western
boundary. Save and except reserve
No. 1287 (in red), which is included
within the above described boundaries.
Subject to roads.—For Provincial
Government purposes.

No. 1763, in red.—One thousand and seventy
acres, more or less, situate in the
Ellesmere and Rakaia Districts;
bounded on the south-eastward by
section 9281, on the south-westward
by the Road and Tramway reserve,
three chains wide, running in a
north-westerly direction by sections
No. 13997 and 11541, on the north-
eastward by H.P.R., on run No. 60,
and also by a line parallel to the south-
western boundary and 15 chains dis-
tant therefrom, and on the north-
westward by I.P.R.J., on run No. 48.
