No. 1349, in red.—Ten acres, more or less, situate in the Malvern District, having frontage of eight chains to the road forming the north-west boundary of section 9144, and extending south-easterly a distance of twelve chains fifty links in a rectangular block south-west of and adjoining the section above-mentioned.

No. 1350, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Malvern District, having frontage of five chains to the road on the south-west boundary of section 8625, and extending south-westerly a distance of ten chains in a rectangular block: the north-east corner of this Reserve is situate at the angle of the road opposite the westernmost corner of section 9482.

No. 1351, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Malvern District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the south-east boundary of section 14653, and extending north-westerly a distance of ten chains in a rectangular block, being bounded on the north-eastward by the Coal Tramway Reserve.

No. 1352, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Malvern District, having five chains frontage to the Coal Tramway Reserve, and running back south-westerly a distance of ten chains in a rectangular block; the northernmost corner of this Reserve is situate about seven and a-half chains south-east of the northernmost corner of I.P.R.R. on Run No. 41. The above Reserve is within the boundaries of the pre-emptive right above-mentioned.

No. 1353, in red.—Three acres two roods, more or less, situate in the Malvern District, bounded on the northward by the River Hawkins; on the west by section 3719; and on the south-eastward by the Road forming the north-west boundary of Reserve 424 (in red), subject to the continuation of the road passing through section 9986.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the QUARTERLY MEETING of Her Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the Colony of New Zealand, held on This Day, at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Timaru, in pursuance of “The Public House Ordinance, 1866,” and “The Public House Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1867,” the following Public House Licences were granted:—
