SALE OF TOWN AND RURAL LANDS.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has fixed THURSDAY, the Sixth day of April, 1871, at the hour of Noon, at a Sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in the Land Office, at Christchurch, as the time and place when a Sale by Auction of Town and Rural Land shall take place, in accordance with Clause 24 and Clause 85 of the Waste Lands Regulations, subject to the usual conditions of Sale, and in conformity with the Regulations for the disposal, sale, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown now in force within the Province of Canterbury.

Applications will be received by the Waste Lands Board on and up to Thursday, the Twenty-third day of March, 1871.

PUBLIC NOTICE.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, that the undermentioned Pasturage License having been declared forfeited by the Waste Lands Board, in terms of Section 6 of "The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1869," will be submitted to Public Auction on THURSDAY, the 6th of April next, at the Office of the Waste Lands Board, Christchurch, immediately after the Sale by Auction of Town and Rural Lands fixed for that day:β€”
