PROCLAMATION.
WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, do hereby summon the Provincial Council of the said Province to meet for the despatch of business, at the Council Chamber, at Christchurch, at Two o’clock in the afternoon, on FRIDAY, the Thirtieth day of September, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy.
Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this nineteenth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and seventy.
