CHRISTCHURCH.

The weather during the month of June was exceedingly fine from the 1st to the 11th; free from rain except a few showers which fell on the nights of the 4th and 7th; wind very light, with frequent calms. From the 12th to the 14th, and from the 18th to the 21st, inclusive, cold wet weather prevailed; hail fell in heavy showers on the 19th and 20th, and on the former day it
