HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the undermentioned Persons having tendered to him their resignation as Members of the Executive Council, he has been pleased to accept such resignation:—

HENRY JOHN TANCRED, Esq.
FRANCIS EDWARD STEWART, Esq.
EDWARD PATTEN COWLISHAW, Esq.
EDWARD CEPHAS JOHN STEVENS, Esq.
