(a) DECLARATION.—I, William Teere, of Melbourne, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 98 in number, marked —, now on board of the vessel "Esperanza," William Teere, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 3rd day of May, 1864.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(b) DECLARATION.—I, W. N. Macbeth, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 45 in number, marked —, on board of the vessel "Esperanza," William Teere, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 3rd day of May, 1864.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(c) DECLARATION.—I, W. N. Macbeth, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 29 in number, marked —, on board of the vessel "Prince Alfred," A. Smith, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 5th day of May, 1864.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(d) DECLARATION.—I, W. N. Macbeth, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 15 in number, marked A, on board of the vessel "Phoebe," lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 5th day of May, 1864.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(e) DECLARATION.—I, John Thomas Peacock, of Christchurch, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 21 in number, marked —, now on board of the vessel "Lord Ashley," E. Wheeler, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 5th day of June, 1864.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(f) DECLARATION.—I, William Horne, of Wellington, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 180 in number, marked —, shipped on board of the vessel "Auckland," Brodie, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 11th day of June, 1864.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(g) DECLARATION.—I, James E. Graham, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 6 in number, marked —, on board of the vessel "Ivanhoe," Crum, Commander, now lying at Port Lyttelton in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Declared before me at Lyttelton, this 20th day of June, 1864.—WILLIAM PALFREY, Inspector of Sheep.

(h) DECLARATION.—I, John S. Legett, of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 8 in number, marked —, on board of the vessel "Alhambra," John McLean, Commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh; and I make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
