- DECLARATION.—I, George O’Halloran of Wellington, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, 180 in number, marked ‘JS,’ on board of the vessel Harriet Armitage, T. Musgrave, commander, now lying at Port Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Higgins, of Cash Valley, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, four in number, marked now on board of the vessel Holyrood, Deane, commander, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

Heywood and Co., of Lyttelton, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, one in number, now on board of the vessel Zambesi, Thomas, commander, from London, now lying at Lyttelton, in the said Province, has not within three months last past had applied to it any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.

DECLARATION.—I, Alexander Finlay, of Wanganui, New Zealand, do hereby solemnly declare that the sheep, sixty-five in number, marked D, now on board of the vessel Zephyr, James Lowrie, commander, now lying at Port Lyttelton, in the said Province, have not within three months last past had applied to any of them any reputed scab-destroying preparation, nor been mixed with any sheep infected with scab or catarrh, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
