PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By His Honour Sir GEORGE GREY, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
WHEREAS the UPPER MAHURANGI Highway District Board have transmitted to me an Order dated the 19th day of April, 1875, for the making of a road through allotments Nos. 61 and 53, within the said district, together with true copies of the specification, maps, etc., for the making of the said road, and together with the written Objections thereto, I do hereby, in pursuance of section 33 of βThe Highway Boards Empowering Act, 1871,β give notice that on Tuesday, the 25th day of May, 1875, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at my Office, at Auckland, the said Order and the Objections made thereto will be taken into consideration.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this seventh day of May, 1875.
