NOTICE.

Notice is hereby given that the Sitting of this Court advertised to be held at Haruru, Waitangi, on the 21st of January last, and adjourned sine die, will take place at the above-mentioned place on the 15th day of July next and following days.

NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Haruru, Waitangi, on the 15th of July next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Wiremu Hongi Te Ripi, and others Parahirahi, near Kai-kohe Commences at Poroteteke on the Mangakohara River, and goes along in that river to the Wairoro River, goes along in the Wairoro River to Te Onetai and Ngatoka, goes then by a straight line to the peg of Te Uruora, and on to Waingarara, Moimoi, and Ngamokaikai, then turns and goes to Tokakopuru, turns again and goes to the boundary of land belonging to Heta Te Hara and others, then goes along on the boundary to Te Kupukupu, and thence straight to Poroteteke, the commencement.
Ruatara, Naka, Te Tirarau, Wiremu Katene, Hare Wirikake, Mihaka Pehiriri Tukuwhenua, near Ohaeawae, Te Ngawa Commences at Te Arawhata Totara, and goes by the Punakitere River towards the South-East, goes on to Te Mahoe, turns and goes to Wakatapapa and Moetakere, then turns towards the North and goes to Oteraiti and Waikaru, then turns towards the West and goes to Te Uruora, Te Waionepu and Te Arawhata, then turns towards the South and goes to Tungoungou, Te Tawauwahi and Taumatamaukuku, where the boundaries meet. Maps of these lands if they have been surveyed will be seen in the Office of the Resident Magistrate, Russell, Bay of Islands.
