Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir George Ferguson Bowen, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, at the Government House, at Wellington; and issued under the Public Seal of the Colony, this thirtieth day of November, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

I, THE undersigned, EDWARD THOMAS WILDMAN, hereby make application to register "THE YOUNG QUEEN GOLD MINING COMPANY REGISTERED," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:-

  1. That the name and style of the Company is the Young Queen Gold Mining Company, Registered.
