NOTEMEA, i tetahi ki Runanga i puta i te 4 nga ra o Mei, 1870, i mea Te Kawana ratou ko nga
Whenua Maori, 1865; me “Te Ture mo nga Whenua Maori, 1867,” ko to paanga o Kaiwhaka ki tetahi pihi whenua ko Takerau, te ingoa i te Takiwa o Mangonui, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori o Niu Tireni i te 24 o nga ra o Maehe, 1870, me whakawakia hou ano ki te aroaro o tetahi o nga Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, nga Ateha tokorua hoki; a me tu taua whakawa tuarua ki mua mai o te toru tekau ma tahi o nga ra o Tihema e haere ake nei.
Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai, ka noho Te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori ki Haruru, Waitangi, o te 21 o nga ra o Nowema, 1870, ki te whakawakia hou i tenei pihi whenua.

NOTICE.
WHEREAS, by an Order in Council, made on the 4th day of May, 1870, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under the authority of “The Native Lands Act, 1865,” and “The Native Lands Act, 1867,” that the claim of Kaiwhaka to a piece of land called Takerau, in the District of Mangonui, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 24th day of March, 1870, shall be re-heard before one Judge and two Assessors of the Court, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 31st day of December next:
Now, I hereby give Notice, that a Sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Haruru, Waitangi, on the 21st day of November, 1870, for the rehearing of the aforesaid claim.
