pany is “The Glen Tilt Gold Mining
Company (Registered).” -
The place of operations is at the
Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in
the Province of Auckland. -
The nominal capital of the Company
is Three thousand, six hundred Pounds, in
Twelve hundred shares of Three Pounds each. -
The amount already paid up is Nil, and
in partly paid-up shares is the sum of Two
Thousand four hundred Pounds, being the
estimated value of the Company’s Claim. -
The name of the Manager is Charles
Alexander. -
The Office of the Company is at 24,
Queen-street, Auckland. -
The names and several residences of
the shareholders, and the number of shares
hold by each at this date, are as follow,
