Gold Mining Company Registrations




I, THE undersigned, Thomas George TANTON, hereby make application to Register the “All Nations Gold Mining Company (Registered)”, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is “The All Nations Gold Mining Company Registered.”

  2. The place of operations is at the Thames Gold Field in the Province of Auckland.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Fifty-four thousand pounds in Five thousand four hundred shares of Ten pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Forty-eight thousand six hundred pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Thomas George Tanton.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Fort-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and addresses of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow:—

Creagh, hereby make application to register the “Castle and Galatea Gold Mining Company (Registered)” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is, “The Castle and Galatea Gold Mining Company, (Registered).”

  2. That the place of operations is at the Moanataiari Creek, at the Thames Gold Field in Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Six Thousand Pounds, in One Thousand Two Hundred Shares of Five Pounds each.

  4. That the amount paid up is Two thousand Eight Hundred Pounds.

  5. That the name of the Manager is Oliver M. Creagh.

  6. That the Office of the Company is in Bowen-street, Graham’s Town.

  7. That the names and several residences of the Shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follow, namely:—
