NOTICE
OF
TIMES AND PLACES FOR
INVESTIGATING
CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the
several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule here
under written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are
mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule
hereunder will be investigated at Auckland, on the 27th day of April next, and
following days.

Herata Mihinui Puhau, at Hauraki
Te Koki and others Rangiriri, at Kauraunga
Te Matenga Ngaupara and others Te Arapaparahi, at Hauraki
Hohepa Paraone Mataparau, at Kauraunga
Wiremu Huia, Hirini Ngaone Haukaretu, at Kauraeranga
The Boundaries of the Lands translated from the Claims.
The Goldfields are on the Eastern side, lands belonging to Ngatingaungau are on the N. Western and Southern sides. The Hauraki Gulf is on the Western side.
The inland boundary is Muramura-te-ahi, another boundary is the sea at Kuku-kuhae, it goes straight from thence, and goes round until it falls into the sea.
One boundary is on the side of Kouramawhiti, Taiuwha is on another side, the Hapu river is another boundary; the upper boundary is the end of the Pukerahui Ridge.
The Southern boundary is land belonging to the Church Mission, the Western boundary is the Waiwhakaurunga river, the Northern boundary is the Goldfield.
The boundary to the Northwest is that of Te Kipihana’s land, the Western side is Te Reaki’s land, the Eastern side is Karauria: this is all finished.
Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
If these lands are surveyed the Maps may be seen at the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
