Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the Lands translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Penaina Taukino Pakewhio, at Takapaunui The first boundary is a river, goes on to the swamp at the side of Pukewhio, goes on from thence to the middle of the fern, goes along till it meets the road, and there ends; this piece of land is in the middle of Takapaunui.
Penaina Taukino Opotoru, at Takapaunui The boundary commences at the peach tree in the valley, goes on from there to the swamp, cuts across on the upper side of the swamp, and there ends.
Hakaraia Te Huaki, Wiriana Pouaru, Hakaraia Pouaru, Amukete, Ngatara, Hemi Matenga, Hori Hakaraia, Te Rira Hakaraia, Hepata Matia, Tuwehewehe, Nga Wahine Tuatahi, at Whaingaroa The boundary commences at Hipikari, goes towards the north to Okaha and on to Kahuhuru and one side of the Hape, then goes towards the south to Pukeotumu, then turns off to the west to Hohoeka, and on to Kirikiri, Te Enu, Kaikairulu, the outside of Pukewi, and meets Tauatahi at Whaingaroa.
Tamati Kapua, Te Wi Takatoro Hauraki, at Whaingaroa The boundaries are Onoke and on to Kopakiharakeke, then turns westward to Paretata, to Hauraki and to Te Katotahi, then turns to the east and meets Kopakiharakeke.
Hakaraia Te Huaki, Hepata, Turingenge, Hakaraia, Piripi, and others Waitetuna, at Whaingaroa The boundaries are Mangataheke, Mohoao, Remutaka, Te Paheketanga, Whakaura, Rangikahu, Te Motu-o-te-Rua, Kairoa, then turns to the east to Ararata, Whareraurekau, the Waitetuna river, then goes northward and meets Mangataheke.
Penaiā Taukino, Rawiri Hekaka, and others Te Puriri, at Takapaunui This is a small piece; it has been surveyed, and its boundaries will be known.
Huirama Rapata Wairata, near Waitetuna, at Whaingaroa The boundaries commence at Tahiore, on the north side of the Waitetuna river, go on towards the east to Mahoe and Te Ramarama, go The Maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen in the Court House of the Resident Magistrate, Raglan.
