NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Raglan, on the 12th of April next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the Lands translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Hepata Turingenge, Hapi Tawa, Aperahama, Karu, and others Aotea, at Aotea
Rahera Amopo Land at Whaingaroa
Renata Te Kowhaki, Raniera, Pe Pateto, Ihaka, Tekateka Kokarea, Aotea The boundary commences on the north side at Parea, goes along the beach to Puketutu, goes on to Raorao, Kanere, then goes towards the sea to Karea.
Hetaraka Nero, Hakopa, Hone Kingi, Hemini, Hemi Matini, Hemi Nero, Rawiri Hikaka, and others Takapaunui, Whaingaroa These pieces of land have been surveyed by the Government. The maps are in the Government Survey Office. Resident Magistrate, Raglan.
A. Barton Hamupata, Whaingaroa The western boundary is the mouths of the Waingaro and Kirikiri rivers, goes along the side of the Kirikiri river until it reaches Awaroa; the boundary on the north commences at the Awaroa, and goes on to Tautau; the south-eastern boundary is the Waingaro river, and Kaitanguru, then turns inland and comes to the mouth of the Kirikiri river at the commencing point.
A. Barton Ngutukoiro, near Waitetuna, Whaingaroa The northern boundary commences at Pokaiakaka, goes up there to the lower side of Parekura, then goes down to the Uki river; the eastern boundary commences at the Uki river, goes on to Matauraura, the Maungakotukutuku river, Ruahi, Rama.
