The Bay of Islands District shall comprise the town of Russell.
The Mongonui District shall comprise the town of Mongonui.
The District of Coromandel shall comprise the town of Coromandel, and all that locality lying between a line from Areeka Point bearing north-east to the Coromandel Ranges; thence along the ranges to Castle Hill; thence to the head of Te Koumu Harbour; and thence along the beach to Areeka Point aforesaid.

QUEEN STREET WHARF REGULATIONS,
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 27th Feb, 1864.
In pursuance of the authority vested in me by the “Wharf Regulations Act, 1858,” I have made the following regulations, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and I hereby give notice that the same will come into operation at the expiration of one month after a copy thereof shall have been published in the Provincial Government Gazette.

No Vessel shall be hauled alongside the Queen-street Wharf without the Master or Owner thereof having first obtained permission from the Port Master or Harbour Master, or any person deputed by them; and no vessel shall be hauled off from the said Wharf without permission from the above-named authorities, unless the state of the weather renders it necessary to do so.

The Master of every Vessel exceeding 40 tons register shall lay out an anchor, well buoyed, with not less than 40 fathoms of chain attached, previous to his hauling alongside the Wharf, as directed by the Port Master or Harbour Master, and shall make fast to the Wharf in whatever way either of them may direct.
Any person infringing this clause of the Regulations shall forfeit and pay any sum not exceeding £20, nor less than £5.

The Master or other person in charge of any Vessel or Boat, who shall refuse to slack down or heave in chain, warps, or any other fastenings, haul a-head or a-stern, or haul off from the Wharf, or refuse to do anything in the opinion of the Port Master or Harbour Master for the general safety and accommodation of the shipping, shall be deemed to be guilty of a breach of these Regulations.

SCHEDULE.
Onehunga District shall comprise the Electoral District of the town of Onehunga.
Panmure District shall comprise the Pensioner Settlement of Panmure as defined for the boundaries of the Electoral District of the Pensioner Settlements.
Otahuhu District shall comprise the Pensioner Settlement of Otahuhu as defined for the boundaries of the Electoral District of the Pensioner Settlements.
Howick District shall comprise the Pensioner Settlement of Howick, as defined for the boundaries of the Electoral District of the Pensioner Settlement.
