NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Court for the despatch of all business accruing under the provisions of the said Act will be held at the Court house, Queen-street, Auckland on Tuesday the Ninth day of June instant, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance of the Provisions of the Debtors and Creditors Act 1862, a Sitting of the Court will be held at the Court house, Queen Street, Auckland, on Monday, the Twenty second day of June, instant at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above mentioned Debtors, and for the dispatch of all business accruing under the said Act.

NOTICE is hereby given that on and after the first day of July next the Fares chargeable at the Karaka Ferry will be as follows viz:—for crossing—
Foot Passengers 1s. each.
Passengers with horses 2s. each.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By his Honor ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, by “The Sheep Act, 1863,” of the Provincial Council of the Province of Auckland, I, the Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby appoint and constitute all that portion of the said Province which is situate within a radius of thirty miles from the Supreme Court House, at Auckland, in the said Province, to be a district for the purposes of the said Act, under the name of The Auckland Sheep District.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, the first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.
