THE following Bye-laws are published for general information.
DANIEL POLLEN,
Commissioner of Crown Lands.
At a Meeting of the Wardens of the
Hundred of Panmure held the 12th
of February, 1861, the following Bye-laws were agreed to, viz.:
No. 1. That No. 1 Bye-law for 1860 be repeated and the following substituted:—That each license holder shall be allowed to run 6 head of great cattle, 3 head of small cattle under 18 months old to be considered equivalent to 1 head of great cattle, sucking calves not included in the stock, and that one horse be considered equivalent to 2 head of great cattle, foals not to reckon as stock, until twelve months old, then to be considered as one head of great cattle, until 2 year old, when they will be rated as horses.
No. 2. Bye-law of 1860 to stand as a Bye-law for 1861.

No. 6. (New Bye-law), that any sheep found trespassing on the run will be impounded, and the owner thereof shall pay to the Wardens the sum of three pence per head in addition to the Poundage fees.
