Commissioner of Crown Lands Office,
Auckland, Feb. 29th, 1860.
HEREBY notify, for the information of all persons concerned, that, in conformity with the Provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinances (No. 1, Session 10, and No. 10, Session 11), I have convened meetings of the holders of Depasturing Licences in the several under-mentioned Hundreds, and that the persons whose names are subjoined, have been duly elected by such holders to be Wardens, under the said Ordinances, for the current year.

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Otahuhu,
by Mr. Joseph Varrow, for trespass in an enclosed paddock at Mangarie,
1 Light Grey Mare, shod, branded like BY under saddle, near side; illegible brand near shoulder, and under saddle off side.
1 Chesnut Horse or Colt, white stripe in face; no visible brand.
1 Black Filly or Mare, small star in face; no visible brand.
Damages, 5s. each—Owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days of the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Horses, agreeably to the provisions of the “Impounding Act, 1856.”

IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound Newmarket, by Alexander McPherson, for Mr. Stannard, for trespass and damages in his enclosed grass paddock at the Three Kings
1 White Cow, red ears, horns turned up, branded IS on the left rump.
1 White Heifer Calf, red ears: no visible brand.
Damages, 2s. each—Owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Cow and Calf, agreeably to the provisions of the “Impounding Act, 1856.”
