PUBLIC SLAUGHTER HOUSE, NEWMARKET.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, November 19th, 1860.
TENDERS will be received at this Office until noon of Monday, the 10th December next, from persons desirous of Leasing the Public Slaughter House at Newmarket, for the six months commencing the 1st January, 1861. Information as to conditions, &c., may be obtained at this Office.

VICTORIA, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, To Thomas Russell, Solicitor, William Chisholm Wilson, Printer, and Samuel Jackson, Solicitor, all of the City of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Trustees of the Auckland Land Association, Number Four: Whereas an action hath been commenced in the Supreme Court of the Colony of New Zealand, wherein Spagnus Jones, of the City of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, aforesaid, Auctioneer, is Plaintiff, and Christopher David Berrey, late of Auckland, aforesaid, is Defendant: And whereas it has been made known to us that there is certain real and personal property belonging to the said Christopher David Berrey, now in the custody, or possession, or control of you the said Thomas Russell, William Chisholm Wilson, and Samuel Jackson, or some or one of you: We command you that you do not sell or otherwise dispose of or part with the said real and personal property until the further order of our said Court shall be made known to you.
Witness George Alfred Arney, Esq., Chief Justice of our Supreme Court of the Colony of New Zealand, this eighth day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty.
This writ was sued out by James Vann Marston and Edmund James Cox, of Canada Buildings, Queen-street, in the City of Auckland, Solicitors for the Plaintiff.
