IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound,
Newmarket, by Mr. Patrick Donovan,
for trespass and damages on his enclosed
paddock, at the Three Kings,
One brindle Cow, branded IH off rump,
704 near ribs.
One red and white Bull Calf, no brand.
One red and white Poley Cow, ears
topped, no brand.
One red and white Heifer Calf, no brand.
If not claimed within eleven days after
the date of this notice, application will be
made to a Justice of the Peace for an order
for the sale of the above mentioned cattle,
agreeably to the provisions of the "Im-
pounding Act, 1856."

A SPECIAL Meeting of the Justices of
the Peace, for the City and District of
Auckland, will be holden at the Resident
Magistrate's Court at Auckland, on Monday,
1st day of February next, at 12 o'clock
noon, for the purpose of forming a Jury list
for the ensuing year.
