In accordance with the provisions of the Immigration Ordinance, I hereby certify that I have examined the above balance sheet of the Immigration Commissioners for the Half-year, ending 30th September, 1863, and find the same correct, and that the sum of £1,441 11s. 5d. is due by the Treasurer to the said Commissioners.
